End of Support Notices

CloudCenter Platform Notices

Cisco supports CloudCenter releases that were made available within the last 18 months.

After 18 months, the release will reach the End of Support (EOS) date – This means that there will not be any further patches and the TAC team will no longer have a copy of this version to test.

Once a CloudCenter release reaches the EOS date, an additional 6-month best effort support is available. The end of the additional 6-month period denotes the End of Life (EOL) for each release.
