Known Issue

Cloud Marketplace v1.4 has the following known issue:

When deployments are made from ServiceNow, the Public IP value defaults to True and causes failed deployments if the value in CloudCenter was set to False. To workaround this issue, contact the CloudCenter Support team.

Resolved Issues

The following issues were resolved/addressed in Cloud Marketplace v1.4:

  • Issue: The Option to Extend a deployment was visible when deployment status was In-Progress or Error.
    Resolution:
The Extend option on the Service Instance details page is only visible if the deployment status is Deployed or Suspended.
  • Issue: The OS Name for the parent node always defaulted to Linux.
    Resolution:
The OS Name is no longer preset for the parent node.
  • Issue: The character length of the owner field in x_cqt_cliqr_publish_app_trigger table prevents applications from being published into ServiceNow for users with longer names.
    Resolution:
The default character value is increased from 40 to 100 characters.
