WalkMe Integration


CloudCenter uses the WalkMe platform to aid in your use of the CCM UI. Guidance tools such as pop-ups, notifications, and other calls to action guide you through the processing of your deployment information.

When you first log in as the administrator, the Welcome to CliQr's CloudCenter ! banner displays and provides an overview of the required procedure for set-up:

WalkMe provides the user engagement tool, How can we help you?, that enables you to access multiple walk through flows. 

You can scroll through the drop down menu of topics, click on a relevant subject from the available list, and launch a walk through for more information.

You can access the Tasks tab to view the status of your required tasks.

Disabling WalkMe

You cannot disable WalkMe from the CCM UI.

However, you can disable WalkMe at the Tenant level or at the global level as identified in the following table.

To disable the WalkMe widgets in your tenant environment.

(default = true)

in the /usr/local/tomcat/webapps/ROOT/config.js file

To disable the WalkMe widgets at the global level and prevent it from loading.

This setting overrides the tenant-level settings.
